I lost weight last week and I plan to do the same thing this week. Two reasons:
1. It’s nice outside. Thank you, Jesus, for the weather and the opportunity to get out and take a walk without having to take a ferry from my garage to the street and then over several parts of the walkway.
2. I’m lazy. Yep, you read that right. I’m just to lazy to make something to eat so I’m getting out an apple and calling it good. I refuse to stock food in our house that’s quick, easy AND majorly unhealthy for this exact reason. When I get in a lazy mood, I don’t want to have 1000 calorie mini pizzas available. So since my only quick food option is apples, bananas and the occasional girl scout cookie (of which I still have two boxes…), I am losing weight… slowly. Come on. You can’t live on girl scout cookies alone, no matter how much we love chocolate mint thins.
